Company is having training sessions for employees. That is very good for the employee to learn new skills. Company is adopting latest technology. My teammates are very supportive.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work for 12 to 14 hours. Everyday after work hours make data for today's sales is OK but we have to make reports for which is no value like retailer Wise Target. Target has to be given by the company itself. Management and the seniors do not value and individuals strengths, whichis why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. There is no apprecitation at all. My work is very challenging as every sales jobs is challenging. My company deals in Edible oils. I look after sales, marketing and distributions of our products in selected area in Pune. My task is repetitive as I have to visit retail outlets regularly.

Initially, the atmosphere was good, there was lot of challenges in terms market development, learning was there.

Dislikes

No proper management, CEO is not capable, he only gives power to female colligue and let them handle the organisation. Many good people left due to this. Brand has potential but due to improper management and vision it is not surviving, thanks to CEO who is not able to identify right people who were leaving or forced to leave the organisation.
