I like actually I love working at neigrihms hospital(ICMR project) I miss it so much now that the project got over for me.

Dislikes

I dislike that I work hard for the project phase one, but when the phase one got over, the PI of the project call me to assure me that I'll be there in the phase 2, but after the interview they reject me because I'm lactating, which I'm deeply hurt and i dont think its fair . Job security is the best part working in NEIGRIHMS, work culture is good, team mates are supportive.

Dislikes

Administration doesn't solve our long standing issues over the years those are not resolved. Career growth is zero, even after completion of a decade of service never got promotion. As of now, in this time of COVID-19 pandemic we are not adequately taken care of.
