Site level management is full of politics. Team culture not there. Too much jealousy, back stabbing. Manager only listen to some chamchas. No work life balance. Poor work culture. No appreciation. Increment only for left right of leader

The company has good culture,hight quality products and has global clients. And my colleagues come from various cultures backgrounds,we work happily together also the employee rehire policy here.

The work pressure is very High sometimes ,I have to work more then 12 hours.manager do not value an individual's also there is no on job training for freshers.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
