*Hotel was unable to give me joining and offer letter* Even after completing one year nine months, he could not give me the joining letter and offer latter. I spoke to the Assistant HR executive and HR executive several times for this, but his answer was always that "Baad mai le lena, ya kal le lena abhi busy hai, ya kya karega lekar" And when I had completed 1 year so then I told HR Manager 'Mam please atleast give me offer or joining Latter' Then the HR manager asked to HR executive give him the offer letter and joining letter. HR Executive Included some detection in my salary ESI and something else. But still we did not give me the joining letter and kept repeating the same thing."kal le lena..." This hotel does not deduct PF. What if your salary is less than 10,000. don't know why ? Salary slip format very poor whan I was take clearance I requested for Salary slip so thay gave me very poor format Salary slip and thay even not mention Hotel Name also. And whan I asked please change the format than HR executive Answer " Yaha par managers ko bhi iesi hi Salary slip di jati hai tum koe special ho kya" I Request to management please change the format. some people in the staff use abusive language include executive and manager Cafeteria food same taste everyday and thay not give fullfill balance nutrition , you have also dring food outside for balance healthy lifestyle....Read More

By providing jobs till in covid when no other hotel are even open.

The management over here is very bad. The working process and behavior of management level people are to bad regarding the lower level employees even some times they even use Abuseive language to indicated lower people. The timing over here is about 12 to 14 hours normal. When people give resignation they don't give clearance to people easily they hold the salary for doing that.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Tha job is quite interesting Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt averything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
