the challenging thing at Nomad is the infra is not up to the mark for smoother operations yet. limitation and continuous follow-ups to documents can slow things down sometimes. the fast-paced environment and pressure can be stressful sometimes but its more manageable compared to other banks/nbfcs/consultancy/marketplaces. there are moments when the system doesn't keep pace with growth but the company is actively working on improvisations, so hopefully things will be better soon...Read More

They don't have management, I single women his everything about this company she HR , Reporting Manager, she Accountant of company. She want everything his hand now one can take any responsibility without him , Even she don't provide salary of employees, without any information you b get terminated by this company no job security
