Job security is the biggest plus within all units of nokia. What I'm writing is about Transport business unit. It's a best place for a fresher to learn without much pressure to perform. Work life balance is good. But it depends on how you handle the managers.

Dislikes

*This is about Transport BU* After couple of years learning stops. The technology is not latest. And the work culture in some teams don't let you concentrate on one area. So you won't grow much technically. The appraisal, hikes and benefits are better not talked about. They would give so litte but would yank about how much they tried for months....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
