It was my first company, and I loved working there.With my sheer hard work I promoted to different team . But in second team it was never like before due to dirty politics done by team lead still I managed and jumped to fault management team.....though it was a small team but ok in terms of learning and internal politics.....I was in operations working in shifts ....salary wise , they don't offer much in a span of 2.5 years I couldn't make 20000 a month after such a hard work....well things might have changed now so can't say much.....but apart from operations they have different departments which were quiet good in terms of salary as well as work culture.....where you can stay a long.....Apart from this you will be given training to upgrade yourself timely which is good ....I was in Noida location , the infrastructure was amazing there.......Read More

As I was in operations my office life was still live after office hours.....you have to be on call after your shifts gets over that was very disappointing....huge work pressure add on politics can lead one to easily frustrat .... continuous shift with only 15 mins break policy was a pain.....

One can learn if wants.... opportunity is always there......and skills enhancement training is a boon for that you can ask for recommendations.....but it all depends on your team and teamleader because he is the one who can credit you or curse you
