Salary is ok not very good 1as compared to other schools who provide 12000/month to a pgt

1.The administrative officer of noufal public is a very short tempered lady. 2.Too much politics is there and head are also involve in this politics which leads to a very bad working atmosphere in school.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
