Salary is regular. Work life balance is good. No extra timing work. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Low salaries No growth and promotions. Faculty is rated not on educational qualification but on closeness to management

I got a job in NIET . that's it.

Dislikes

No job security in any of the Private Engg. college in Delhi NCR. Any time they can terminate for any reason.

Work Details

I was Associate Professor. One day The Director Dr.Ajay Singh suddenly ask me that they will terminate me in April 2018 but before that I resigned in March 2018.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Employee Benefits

only some nominal salary of Rs. 65000/- to me having Ph.D. with 17 years of experience.
