Awesome management, Flat Culture, great values, respect for every member on the team, Not a top-down pyramid, very caring management, CEO has his ears to the ground when it comes to his employees.

Dislikes

I don't dislike it but I rather wish that we would have more people in the team to do the work. Being a bootstrap company means low budget. Currently, every member has to do a lot. I am sure if and when the Management here gets to implement this, they would be more than happy to do it.

Work Details

It is certainly not a bed of roses, challenges are real. Not for the weak hearted for sure. But if you want to grow as a professional and need that boost in your career, this is it. If you want everything served on your plate and an easy work, this isn't!

You learn multiple skills on-the-job. Like I am from Sales, after joining Node I became fairly good at not just selling skills but pre-sales, marketing, project management, product management, product designing, problem identifying & solving, proactiveness, better preparation, communication.

Good work place with lots of learning with good people around more than a work place it's like a family to me.

No dislikes from my end I have never experienced such 🙂

Currently not working with Node but as an Ex employee my experience with Node from a fresher to an experienced person it was an awesome journey for me where I have learnt and experienced a lot.
