Company culture and the freedom that they have provided to emphasize the knowledge and growth to the company. They give full authority and ownership to employee to work on their own style. As field Service Engineer they provide me full ownership for the respective region and enjoying working here and leaning a lot.

Dislikes

Need more understanding about the market. Work pressure is more to sell the products at any cost is highly not appreciated. Sales target for service engineers is not ethical. No job satisfaction about the role.
