They don't pay you for what they have promised. Any they will make fool of you.

Initially they gave a good hike in salary. And later on they started terminating those employees who have higher salary. This only implies to the employees at ground level. For managers, hike in salary doesn't result in burden for organisation. Such a creepy management.

There's is no discipline in the management. All immatured guys who dont have proper experience and skills are been appointed as seniors and they try to dominate others. Only seniors have their job security as they point out on juniors when they are not able to achieve the targets and they dismissed the juniors despite they themselves lack in their skills and not able to derive the conclusion. Worst management ever I have seen. They don't give proper reason while dismissing. They deliberately give out unusual target to dismiss someone whom they dont want in their organisation. For them there are no policies to be followed for such employees but when they want to retain someone at their choice they ask to follow up the policies strictly. Very worst company to work. Toxic environment, no proper shift timings they will force to work 9-10 hours if we say our problem to TL he will say like I don't care I need my target to be completed so u should work extra hours they will not care about girls safety.. UH there will not do any work they will just sit with TL and chit chat and they force RM's to complete targets.. They will not approve proper leaves even in emergency situation.. even for our week offs we should beg with TL. If we ask about this they will threaten us saying if u wana work u can or else don't come frm tomorrow I will mark as abscond.. very very toxic environment.. managers will not care about anything all they want is closures that's it.. the TL is very cunning and very toxic It's my first job and I had a worst experience there.. and there will be no week offs in month end if u don't complete your target...Read More

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people. 1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.
