No sympathy towards Covid positive employees, they don't even provide paid leaves even after documentation helping and providing requirements non existing A company can hire you at any title but manager can demote you anytime zero ethics At the time of hiring they will say its a very approachable organisation then zero You work for12 13 hours on daily basis still you can get demote If you achieve target everyone will stand for taking sides wherein if you are unable to do so your manager will be I can't do anything All this happens within 1st month of joining....Read More

There is no employee benefits at all. You will get insurance of only 1L and that is only for employees, not applicable for their families. And being a employee of nobroker you won't get any types of loan from any banks as the company hasn't completed 10yrs of its establishment. A lot of things, No working hours limit, no job security for managerial level as target is on weekly basis and everyone always says strict actions basic bullying the person. No personal life it's 9am to 9pm more than 9 on daily basis plus no breaks Remote equals to few minutes late reply to any what's app message and you're done, your logout is late but can't miss morning hurdles at 9 9.30 10 am sharp if you do warning letters /verbal threats are very common. Being a Muslim is not a good thing patriarchal system a lot indifference in behavior in work. Salary on time, incentives are late or next to nothing, non achievable targets are set so that no one can earn.
