There is nothing to be liked. Poor leadership team. Poor management. Employee gets treated badly post their resignation they give fake promises to give hike pr appraisal post 6 months of your joining but when the time arrives they change their criteria or they will behaved nothing has been promised by their end. Nobody is there to listen to the employee’s problems they can only give you useless solutions e.g - if your manager is toxic please go to other floor and work from their instead of cross verifying the problems faced by the employee.
