They will have salary discussion after u got selected and they ask u how much u want take home salary and they accept that.before 1hr joining they call u and tell the salary details as what u asked for take home is ur CTC we can't do anything right now. U come join will have appraisal after 2mnths they will say. Before joining heremust ask them the offer letter through mail if they not given don't go if they want u to come....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
