Because of you are working at noble hospital and OPD from all specialties are free, you have to wait for your tern as you are an employee of this hospital, for some specific consultants they don't treat you different, and don't differentiate for treatment Some specific and non eligible employee are working here with just b'coz of their experience and get higher post without eligibility.

HR department biased to Nursing department and cannot solve any of your problems only can find out your minutes mistakes.. Just for name sake it is JCI & NABH accredited Zero percent quality care to the patients..
