If everything is good then management congratulate Only upper management & Something happens wrong then blames supervisors, officers. Upper Management demotivate lower staff always. Salary is too low Officer salary is equal to Casual worker salary.

Full politics no work only trading. They only demanding for the primary and making new distributor and super and did not transfer the stock to the new distributor or super.
