Compare to few start up companies and mid scale companies, the benefits like food and phone reimbursement are good. Team outings and seasonal tournaments IN senior are very polite and understanding.

There are many like : *even though it's a MNC but the work standards are almost like startup and small companies. UNSTANDARDIZED WORK. *Core values are not uniform. It's different for Denmark employees and different for Indian employees.example OT are paid to DK employees buy not to Indian employees. *unplanned project , unrealistic expectations Long hours working without paid OT. *Only have Novo nordisk projects which does have any head or toe in terms of planning and project standards. * Deadline set are almost Impossible to achieve. *POSITION OFFERED ARE NOT JUSTIFIED.FOR EXAMPLE EVEN IF YOU ARE A TEAM LEAD MOST OF THE TIME YOU HAVE TO WORK ON PLANT3D MODELLING, DRAFTING ETC.BASICALLLY YOU HAVE TO WEAR MANY HATS IN A DAY. *No coordination,among DK seniors and IN senior in-between engineer /designer will get sandwiched. *Director himself get involve in salary negotiation and try to low ball needy people and make them join in a very less salary. (IN my experience don't join if you have already worked in some good MNC before or had a good skill set. Join only if you are working in small start up like company)...Read More
