Dislikes
They should enhance increased manpower recruitment both for teaching and non teaching staff. Many times it's delayed and there are vacancies. Also, regular promotions should be done automatically rather than individuals applying for it.
Work Details
I got to wear multiple hats and get taste of different roles and opportunity to learn things within the department. Got to represent school for several occasions. Overall helped me mature in the role.

It was not a good experience to work with NMIMS
Dislikes
NMIMS is a horrible organization ran by poor leadership. The Chancellor Amrish Bhai is a very good person but the VC and The board mentor Amjit Sheth are horrible people. Amit Sheth is a complete psycho and VC suffers from inferiority complex. The central team is really bad. except Prof Meena no one ever hardly cared about how the campus runs.
