There is nothing much good to say. Only good thing about the compamy is country manager is a very understanding and nice person

Dislikes

Very very strict timings. Extreme politics. No phones allowed inside. Cannot get work from home easily. No adequate manpower because of which all the pending work pressure is put on existing people. They ask you to work on weekends ( extra work) but you should come only to office and work. Timing is very strict. 9 to 6. If yu start by 5.59 also you will be questioned

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Only I felt happy that work life balancing is good here. My manager cum reporting boss in good person.
