Mr. Kaushal, You have been appointed to a target-based sales job. This was clearly mentioned in your offer letter. Your performance was very poor the details are given below : 1. Continuously for the approx 2 months, you have not achieved even 10% of your targets. 2. Your June, 2023 sales target was Rs. 75,000 and you achieved only Rs. 14,000/- (19% of the target) 3. Your July, 20203 target was Rs. 1,50,000/- and you achieved only Rs. 6,000/- (4% of the target) and left the company on 24th of July. 4. Your two-month target was Rs. 2,25,000/- and you achieved only Rs. 20,000/-. The company faced the loss of Rs. 2,05,000/- in the last 2 months just because of your poor performance. Even after your poor performance company paid you Rs. 12,000 as your expenses and the commission on actual sales. You also agreed upon your final settlement amount. You failed to perform. now don't blame others. Stop writing such negative reviews else the company has to take legal action against you.
