I'm working here for 3 years with full of dedication but my salary growth is very slow

I'm serving nkh as facility incharge and my job description is I'm taking care of all patient VIP vvips and general patient too well they are satisfied with our treatment and service or not etc etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
