Worst company ever seen. Works as like LALA company. Salary is never on time, no work culture, no management in company. Even the peon work is looked by Director directly forget the other staff. No appraisal, no policy of Salary hike.

NKG as a brand company is good but working culture is not good. The employees are not given much valued as per their capability. Lots of community based bias is there in respect to promotion ,Appraisal, motivational ,mentor , The salary structure is good but no work life balance.
