My year at the company have been good for me and i learned a lot about working with different system also. Some of the projects included working with different departments , which allowed me to develop different types of skills

This is the worst company in my life. There is no date for salary. Contractor's payment is not made on time. They come to office and abuse. They throw out the staff from the guest house and lock it. The owner does not care.

Worst company ever seen. Works as like LALA company. Salary is never on time, no work culture, no management in company. Even the peon work is looked by Director directly forget the other staff. No appraisal, no policy of Salary hike.

NKG as a brand company is good but working culture is not good. The employees are not given much valued as per their capability. Lots of community based bias is there in respect to promotion ,Appraisal, motivational ,mentor , The salary structure is good but no work life balance. Bold minded staff are getting either scolded orterminations on raising true story .Overall co.is good but people are not so value proposition and also community base culture....Read More
