Be aware from RUBUL HATIBARUA. He is not a good person, main culp**t of this organisation. 7. Very poor salary structure. Those who joined earlier they are getting low salary than those who joined recently but in a same designatio. 8. Poor pre sales. Poor lead generation. 9. No holidays for front liner except week off. Company Policies are commendable, On time salary unlike many others in this industry and there was no deductions at all during the Covid situation. When you are in NK atleast your compensation is in safe hands. Great scope of learning throughout, especially what I liked is that despite its a broking company, you get to have knowledge and gain the efficiency to work just as a builders' sales and marketing people do. Also, apart from the intolerable politics by some senior colleagues and managers, company culture is very good, structured and organized, and system-bound. Leave policies are also good. I did not leave any bad company or bad job, but I just left some bad people/boss. It's not just me who suffered the internal politics, many others do suffer same way and leave. Probably reporting doesnot also help much as many of such people have already been reported but their position is intact. They just get away with their performance, and keep on being far sighted and partial
