All employees are having company laptops and vpn access still management is asking them to come to the office. Even though employees can work from easily unlike MNC. Also, there is no restricted ODC or client-specific ODC still they are asking people to come to the office

Niyuj office is open and operational taking into consideration all SOPs suggested by the Govt., to primarily help employees work from office, if needed by the employee. That said, none of the employees are being forced to come to work. The office premises are sanitized, all precautions are taken to maintain safety and hygiene in the current scenario. Management team at Niyuj comprises of responsible industry veterans. It is an individual perspective to look at instances, but politics is intolerable in the organization and hardworking individuals have always got the credit for their contribution.
