Best place to work. Work life balance and very helpful leads and managers. Flexible timing for the job leads to a great productivity.

Flexible hours (Depends on the project). Company's management values employees' work. It's been 7 plus years working with the organization and I have not seen any lay off. As the organization is of mid level, it has good transparency between lower level employees and top level management. Company growth is very good till date. It's been managed by very experienced people and their thoughts are also very futuristic till date....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
