The birthday celebration at the end of the every month they get a big cake and all the employee how birth has pas this month will cut and celebrate at that day. Gift from the company is give on the birth day only.

They were forced to sign a bond agreement there was a mentioned condition if any person leaves that company has to pay 100000. They didn't disclose at the time of joining . Salary not given on time.
