Worst company to exist! No control over the team, the middle manager is full of nonsensical people. Directors are making stupid decisions to survive in the company. Please don't join on any position below director. Hire and fire culture.

It's been 7 months since i left, and everyday feels like a reminder of the "fantastic" time i spent at Nityo. I mean where else would you be asked for daily sales reports without any sales portals to work with? Just genius right? Oh, and their reputation? In markets like Malaysia & Singapore, their name carries so much weight that companies have simply backlisted them. Not surprising, since no one really want's to work with them. But let's not call them client's - they're more like victims. Then there's the upper management. Now, these guys have mastered the art of managing.. affairs, that is. Some of the big names are practically having open relationships with their own team members. Promotions? based on performance? Nah, more like based on "personal services" If you're in a higher position, it seems your real job is to saving certain type of a&& As for the office perks- Let me tell you, the chai they serve is so ghatiya, you'd think it was brewed in the same pot that stews their terrible decisions. And that prestigious cafeteria? Ever had water dripping on you from the AC while eating? If not, you're missing out. They even hired a third-party food service at one point, but those guys ran for the hills the moment they realized Nityo wasn't going to pay them. Can't blame them. And now, for the divine twist: The owner's devotion to ISKON has magically become company policy. Suddenly, everyone's calling each other "Prabhu" because, ofcourse, if you don't, the "Maha prabhu" might unleash wrath. 1. Poor HR team, no proper communication and they just don't care about the employee 2. The employee is just a cash cow and when the project ends, he /she will be fired, no matter how loyal and hardworking the individual was. They follow the HIRE AND FIRE culture 3. The accounts team is full of lazy and drowsy individuals. They never respond to any of your queries and Jan to April expect delayed salaries with statements like TAX calculation in progress 4. It was a great experience working here. The only issue you will face here is the Salary Bar which is low other than that all everything is sorted. Everything was managed and taken care upto the mark.

They were forced to sign a bond agreement there was a mentioned condition if any person leaves that company has to pay 100000. They didn't disclose at the time of joining . Salary not given on time.
