They pay decent salary( slightly above the market average) . Some of the initial projects were good. Since Mar'2020 most of the projects are pretty mundane. In the initial days there was a lot of international travel. During Covid , all travels were stopped. Not sure how much travel will employees get after Covid. Dislikes

People at mid senior level are pretty worthless. Senior managers/ Managers do not have subject matter knowledge , forget any IT skill set. Senior managers are limited to project management, reporting , making decks for GMs/DGMs. There is a lot of favoritism in the organization. Department heads will prefer certain candidates and hide their mistakes. There is a lot of talking on the floor. People build castles in thin air and there is no actual work. GM's are primarily focused on staffing. They put pressure on resources to pick up any available project. There is zero importance given to employee aspirations and skillset....Read More
