Over all experience is good, I associated with NISC for 4 years, don't expect any career growth it is a small scale industry, you get maximum of 3k hike and for any promoted PPL will get 5k, Indian holidays list, you have lean period for 3 month were you don't get work for these 3 months then management thinks of skill upgrading at this time...cool company no fun activities, no outing, there will be a team dinnner 1ns in a year...!...Read More

worst company ever it look like old age home with more 50 + people arew above 55 years far from city no cultural activities and looks like jail. coming to HRD the most worsen no common sense at all
