Nirman India is a interior contractor. Company chooses the projects carefully. Company has been working since 1994. Good office culture. All leaves like - EL, CL, Short Leaves, Holidays, Birthday Leave, Marriage anniversary Leave are available. Work-life balance. Salary on 7th or before . Excellent HR & Policies. I found HR persons are very polite and supportive during my tenure and exit process. HoDs have the prosper authorities. there are many opportunities available for hardworking people....Read More

6 days working, some employees are political. Mobile network issues in the office. some employees work till late. Strict pantry services. Appraisal delay.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
