It's like a HR company more importance is given to the HR head and his team and all other departments are treated as zero. HR head is the king and free to do whatever he likes. Many many sincere, hardworking and good staff members( who have put in 18 to 20 years of service have lost their jobs because of HR . Management does not help does whatever HR says.
