Growth, Opportunity, Work Satisfaction, Manager and HOD appreciation, Healthy culture without Politics and Job Security plus company giving health insurance. HOD also supportive in work as well as in trainning, learning and doing something. If stuck he is ready to work with you on your desk for hours which means giving full attention etc. All seniors are very polite. Transport reimbursement. If anyone is not doing anything extra to learn them teaching them with the advantages and disadvantages. HOD always trying to give more more and more in terms of knowledge....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
