Visit's are the worst part in nippon, because when we go to visit our return date is never fixed, we have to stay for a week, 15 days, a month, or even more than that.

During covide-19 situation I was not able to join the company in May 2020. As i was stranded at my native place and it was in containment zone so that I was not able to go and join the company, in such pandemic situation time company never supported /understand my problems ,daily they did mental harrassment that you need to come today otherwise you have to give resign. And as when I was not giving the resign then they send me Chargesheet regarding absenteesm more than 10 days without giving information, and said in it that you violent the law ( law regarding presenty) .They finally forced to give resign and if i never give resign then they can showcase of chargesheet/ terminate me.So that i have resigned .Nippon never supported to their single employee....Read More
