Only good thing i have observed there was that Nippon has provided full salaries to their on roll employees during first lockdown. But not to contractual employees and fired them too, that was sad.

Dislikes

No job security, people's were fired on same day with prior planning and selection of alternative. Worst work culture i have ever seen. Every month cutting of man powers as per their monthly plans. Every one was threatened for their job by senior management personnel, and HR never shows any helping nature.

We were like labour there, just come work n go. No training and development for employees. Not any kind of help also.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
