HR is big fraud as they commit you with good environment but there is a big loophole, which is Work-life balance. They monitor their employee with CCTV+Audio. Additionally they have one monitor system who takes you're PCs random screenshots and you need to scroll if you are even planning or thinking. They have hire and fire system.
