Likes

senior management is very concentrated and helpful. They are always ready to listen to staff and involve personally to resolve the issue.

Dislikes

they lack defined processes and procedures. which is the only limiting factor in growth. salaries are very low compared to industry standards also there are very less salary increments.

Good to work here. All the employees are from j&j good salary over all good experience.

Dislikes

All things was good apart from support from higher superiors. They do time pass.......

Quite interesting! As this is new product to market struggled a lot to get business without support from superiors but running the show from 10months

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
