NOTHINGS. People who are unemployed and have NO Choice, those people can work till they find a better job.

Dislikes

Everything. Poor work environment, senior authorities are abusing teaching / junior staff, no office timing and if you leave early with permission of Head then also HR department will deduct your salary. From Top to bottom everyone uses MOBILE RECORDING and they record everything and WhatsApp that recording to Owners Office.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
