Compensation is very poor ,no growth,the work pressure is very high sometimes we have to work for 14 to 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend all channel partners calls in the evening and sometimes late into night .managers don't give us value to our work .I have given lot of suggestions to ho .Ho management team also not response to a crucial time no appreciations most of times no job trainings.no proper SOP every time deviations vehicles holding for so many days this will effected to do audit in first week and space issue .and they need on time.......Read More
