No processes. Influencial people handle all decision making and policies. More like anarchy. No professional learning and growth opportunities - just a few general knowledge sessions, very basic level, conducted by HR regularly. Stagnant monotonous work. Too many expectations from one person.

The work pressure isn't much. You'll be able to balance your personal and professional life easily. You can have a great time at the office.

Dislikes

A huge difference in the salary that we expect and what we get. Moreover, promotions are quite slow.

Secured job but without much hike and promotion.It's not the best place to work now.Senior management is slowing down,not able to think to their best abilities.

senior old servant leadership for them salary is a drug and designation too.Learners have not been able to get placed. Students from 2023 batches are not placed,forget about gniit.This new cosmetic program is a big flop.No one should join the course

People those are sitting in management they are very cheap and characterless people are in relationships at workplace and for that they are favouring them only hence other employees are suffering even after giving full efforts. They will ask you to do lot of works apart from KRA but at the time of promotion they will promote their favourite people specially females who likes to talk in sizzling ways , who are very touchy in nature...Read More

Not at all, if you are somebody who is not intrested in constent learning, then you might feel bad.

It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.

Work life balance is okay kind of. Ways of how management should work is not here at all. They love micro managing everything. Senior management loves to give you hard time.
