Faculties never got any training from institute .Your job is never secure.They can fire you in mid of session and without any notice.You will go through a painful process for full and final.And in last they will deduct your salary.No appraisal system.Only politics no Technical Development.They can you on sundays and holidays withoutany extra payment.Worst working environment.No TA DA is provide for workshop and conferences.And you will become marketting agent between May to August ,And If target of admission is not achieved they will fire you without giving salary....Read More
