Teammates are horrible and the management is complex. There is no growth for employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and mismanagement. Salary is decent but there is no career growth. On the job they didn't inform about there policies. And after resigning they don't even pay the salary. Horrible experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
