The top management of Nidhikamal is very good and have very helpful Nature.

Dislikes

The company running with the useless and unskilled manpower, who did not trying to update themselves and don't think about company's profitability and their role according service process.

I am service manager over there, my key responsibilities are mentioned services process according role, increase dealer profitability.achirving customer satisfaction and Hance sales as well. Giving technical support to field staff.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
