Mandatory work from office if you are on bench. Poor work life balance as they will tell you to work beyond 8 hours else you won’t get salary appraisal. Only 15 leaves available in the entire year, no separate sick leaves or wfh if you are unwell Only 5% appraisal even if you are working on a project and have good feedback from the client<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Learning is the only good prospect in Nice, that to for juniors. From Mid seniors 5+ years of exp, you will have more security concern, as company gets project based on market and vendor (Which is again very very poor connects)
