Absolutely nothing is good here at Lala Company. The entire operation is dominated by a single individual who runs the show according to his whims and moods, with no regard for structure or fairness. Due to his strong political connections, employees and even the leadership team are treated with utter disrespect. The company masquerades as a professional organization, but in reality, it’s merely a poorly managed fabrication business devoid of any ethics or professional conduct. Joining Lala Company is akin to walking into a disaster zone. The working environment is toxic, and the lack of professionalism is palpable. The management shows no consideration for employee well-being or career growth. Once you decide to leave this nightmare, don’t expect to receive your due salary. Difficult to maintain work life balance ,6 days working in a week and 14 CL in a year, festival and occasional holiday max 10 in a year. Statutory Deduction is not deposited in time.
