We have a Vibrant work environment. The Project Team is well Aligned. Our Deliverable's to Client is timely so as to ensure client satisfaction is highest. We don't have any work challenges or hindrances. We work on the latest technologies which gives us a edge over other players in market. We train resources on new technologies within defined time span to ensure that they are well in time before any Project deliverable's arrives to them for execution. Work Details

I work as Project Manager. Manage Project Teams and review their day-to-day work tasks. I have to ensure that all our deliverables to client and internal projects are timely and deadline based. Even in case we near deadline dates we keep it to time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
