Actually this is not a company. Large size shop. They are not focusing on results. 30 plus years company only doing less than 10crores of business. Using full of duplicate or 3rd grade materials. They are treating employees as worker. They are not paying salary on time. After 15th only they are thinking about salary. Learning is one of the excellent thing in this company because only you will be there at work and no help from anyone. You should work as labor, contractor, engineer, manager, finding subcontract all the above work will include physical and mental pressure.

Whatever work you do, even the excellent work; the management will always blame you. If you work in this company you won't see a single engineer who is more than 1 year of experience because all of them will either leave or terminate by the company. The pay is very pathetic. They will tell they will reimburse the TA and expense thatincur in the site, but they will gradually cut it from you salary stating the document is not proper.
