Management and Upper Management are ridiculous. If you like to bribe the seniors you're in luck. Else, dont join this company. People will not get recognized for their skills. They will tell you that youll be working Rotational Monday to Friday but youll be working Monday to Sunday lol because they will either assign more stuff and tell you that its important to complete it within Monday and this is very urgent or they will overload with Errors that someone else had created....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
