Company have no standards, not pay salaries on time(holding 3months salary), not easy to exit from company, very less job, 6 persons partnership company(not good bonding inbetween partners),cruel and money minded organization, office staff very irresponsible, rude behavior and helpless Etc.. Etc..

There is a lot of reasons for disliking Nexus Solutions . One is salay never given on time . Career growth is very slow . On the job training is not given to new joinees . Extra work given on same salary . And there is no extra benifits for employees like cab, food . No companions.

The job is good overall . Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job .
